Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping takes between 4 and 14 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays; however, we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Buyers are advised to check with their local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
If the customer refuses to pay the customs fees, the parcel may be returned, destroyed, or delayed — and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, Bua d’Or is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues.
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the expected time, please contact support@buador.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. If the package couldn't be returned to us and was abandoned due to the wrong address, we will not be responsible for the package loss.
