Returns and Refund Policy
At Bua d’Or, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We take pride in providing high-quality, hygienically sealed products to ensure your confidence and comfort with every order.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (contact lenses and eye-related items), we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
- The client handles the return shipping cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lenses cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buador.com (or your store email).
Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue — our support team will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
